Recipe: Smoothie

I read this post by Maria about her post work out smoothie.

Today, after swimming, I decided to give it a go, since I just got flaxseed & almond milk (also part of my eat healthy lifestyle).

The recipe is this:

A banana, 1 tsp of yogurt(I prefer Greek because it's nonfat), blender or magic bullet,
1 tsp of peanut butter, unsweetened almond milk, flax seed, frozen berries(handful of each).

I used full fat yoghurt, and instead of the frozen berries, I used an apple. And I can tell you, it's delicious! Flax seed is my new favorite food, because there are so many benefits (especially for women). If you have any good recipes that include flax seed, please let me know!
